Yes. SpottaBiz provides free basic listings for all South African businesses and consumers.

Businesses get full access to all features—including surveys, events, and analytics— free for the first 60 days after registration. Thereafter, the pro features (surveys, events and analytics) continue for just R60 per month.

There are no subscription fees for consumers.

If you accidentally blocked notifications, you can re-enable them in a few steps:

On Chrome (Android/Desktop):

1. Tap the three dots (⋮) menu in Chrome
2. Go to Settings → Site settings → Notifications
3. Find iwcs.co.za in the list
4. Change it from Blocked to Allow
5. Reopen SpottaBiz and notifications will activate automatically

On iPhone (Safari):

1. Open Settings on your phone
2. Scroll down and tap Safari (or find the installed SpottaBiz app if added to your Home Screen)
3. Tap Notifications and turn it On

For the best experience, we recommend installing SpottaBiz to your Home Screen so notifications work reliably.

Some phones (especially budget Android devices) have system-level battery savers that silently block notifications even when the browser permission is allowed. Here's how to fix it:

Step 1 — Check app notification permissions:

1. Open Settings on your phone
2. Go to Apps (or Apps & notifications)
3. Find your browser (e.g. Chrome) or the installed SpottaBiz app
4. Tap Notifications and make sure it's turned On

Step 2 — Disable battery optimization for the app:

1. Go to Settings → Battery
2. Look for App launch, Battery optimization, or App power management
3. Find your browser or SpottaBiz
4. Set it to Allow background activity, Don't optimize, or Manage manually

Step 3 — Check Do Not Disturb settings:

1. Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is turned off
2. Or add SpottaBiz/your browser as an exception

These settings vary by phone brand (Samsung, iTel, Tecno, Huawei, etc.) so menu names may differ slightly, but the steps above will guide you to the right place.

We review reported content and accounts regularly. Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent removal from the platform without prior notice.
